Project Overview
145 units with 30% designated as affordable under the 421A program. The building is “green built” and includes a 5,000 sq. ft. plus community facility space for St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 20,000 SF of tenant amenity space which includes fitness center, co-working lounge, and 17th Floor entertainment lounge.
