The site is in the Clinton Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn and is part of the St. Mary’s Episcopal Church property. The site is very close to the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Academy of Music; just one block from the site, Myrtle Avenue is now home to many new restaurants and cafes serving a wide variety of cuisine.
We will build a 140-unit residential rental building, with all units being market rate. There will be a rooftop gym, virtual doorman, and finishes on the higher end. The building will be “green”, and will have a 5,000 sq. ft. plus community facility space which will be part of a condominium.
