Project Overview
The project will develop 76 residential units and 8000 square feet of church and community space. This project is a joint venture between CMC Development Group, Ebenezer Pilgrim Holiness Church, and CASA Partners. DXA Studios is serving as the architect of the project which will also incorporate Core Sustainability Standards set forth by HPD’s goal of protecting New Yorkers from climate threats, improve quality of life, and building the green economy.
