Project Overview
The project will develop 71 residential units and 8000 square feet of church and community space. This project is a joint venture between CMC Development Group, Ebenezer Pilgrim Holiness Church and CASA Partners. This project will be built using the innovative shipping container building method developed by SG Blocks and will be one of the largest residential projects of its kind in NYC.
