Project Overview
CMC Development Group, HELPDev Co. and St. Peters Deliverance Ministries have partnered to develop the site 72 Units of Affordable rental units in 60,000 SF of residential space and across 7 floors. The building also includes a modern 8,000 SF two- story church that provides sanctuary space, fellowship hall, commercial kitchen and offices. The property offers outdoor amenity space for tenants and offices for program staff.
