St. Peter’s Deliverance Church
Site
The property is in the Longwood Section of the Bronx and currently houses the St. Peter’s Deliverance Church Ministries and is comprised of an existing building and two residentially zoned lots.
Project Overview
CMC and HELP USA will co-develop the site to create an 8,000 SF Church and Program offices with 72 Units of Affordable Housing in 60,000 SF of residential space.
