1100 Ridge Avenue is a one-acre site located in the Peoplestown neighborhood of Atlanta and is currently vacant. The site is ideally located ¼ mile east of Highway 1-75/85 and 10 minutes from Jackson Hartsfield airport and 1 mile south of downtown Atlanta. It is also located within ½ mile of the Beltline Overlay District and currently zoned MRC-1.
Project Overview
The site is currently zone MRC-1 and will yield 50,000 SF of buildable space with 44 residential units, including a mix of 1 and 2br duplex live work apartments for entrepreneurs and artists. This mixed-income workforce project will also provide 20% of the units at below-market-rate rents.
